We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Italy! The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major sites. The staff were really good too give us great restaurant recommendations and even helped us find a doctor for our friend who was feeling ill. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in the style of the city. We loved the painted ceiling and the overall ambiance. The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of fresh items. Despite a small inconvenience with the air conditioner controls, everything else about our stay was perfect. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning fresco ceilings in some. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean and felt secure. The continental breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the delicious croissants!
Parking in the area was quite difficult, but that seems to be the case everywhere in the city.

This hotel was a hidden gem in a unique location. I loved the old elevator that added to the charm of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were in the heart of Florence. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The owners/staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Amazing, spacious and sound-proof rooms. Great location for a walk to the famous landmarks. Super clean and secure hotel. Good value for money.
